Meet Lynn
Lynn Jagosh, a broker since 2011, has been a Puyallup resident for almost 30 years. Prior to embarking on her real estate career, she was a business owner of a residential fire-sprinkler company which served custom homes.
Initially Lynn was drawn to a real estate career by her love of people, her custom home expertise and her passion for providing services unique to the needs of each customer and client. Lynn loves real estate; it's a career that is constantly changing and she fully embraces the ongoing need for staying atop of industry practices - ranging from new laws that affect Buyers and Sellers or the best marketing procedures in order to achieve the desired outcome for her clients.
For Lynn, client care is the cornerstone of her business. She remains in constant communication with her clients throughout each transaction and is always available for any questions or concerns along the way. People automatically feel at ease with Lynn because, even though home buying or selling can be daunting, she brings her sense of humor to each transaction, making the process both fun and calming. Her attention to detail, genuineness and positive outlook are just a few of the reasons that clients enjoy working with Lynn and why they return to her for her expertise. She provides the quality of service that she would expect from any expert, providing knowledge and support not only during the transaction, but long after the sale has closed.

Her personal knowledge of real estate markets, including Tacoma, Edgewood, Bonney Lake, Enumclaw, Thurston and King Counties - empowers her Buyers and Sellers to make informed decisions that best suit their needs.
In her personal time Lynn loves to garden, cook and socialize with family and friends; she also enjoys traveling with her husband Dave.

Puyallup
The city of Puyallup sits in a valley just southeast of Tacoma near the foothills of Mount Rainier and the Cascades. Our verdant soil is known nationwide due to the beautiful Daffodils that grow here. Those flowers are distributed throughout the west and are celebrated each spring during the Daffodil Festival. Named for the Puyallup native american tribes who first settled here, Puyallup is also the name of the river that flows through town and has its origins in a glacier on nearby Mount Rainier. The river provides fishing opportunities and other waterfront activities. And the local fish hatchery is a favorite spot for school trips and family outings.
